So I found some beef in the freezer that has freezer burn on it. Should I serve it up to my flock raw or cook it first?

Not me.

I do not want to seem blase about it, but my chickens eat anything that does not eat them first. They go thru the compost pile, walk thru the horses area, will eat mice (not as many as I would like, but we are starting), lizards, frogs and battle the dogs for rabbit/squirrel leftovers when the dogs catch a rabbit or squirrel.

I imagine chickens have a much lower chance of a bacteria such as e coli effecting them due to the high amount of flora in their body from eating dirt and taking in more microorganisms. And not all raw meat has the e coli bacteria in it.
