Serve open head wound is Black

I have a young hen that had 90% of her scalp pecked off and hack of neck and sides down to domes and skull. Her eyes where closed was not eating. I needed to feed her for 2 days and I think having seizures. Today both eyes are open and eating very little with me holding dish in front of her and her server head trauma is all back. What should I do?

Can you take a video, upload it to YouTube or similar viewing platform and post the link here for us to look at so we can evaluate her a little?

Happened about 4 days ago. The other chickens did it to her during the night
