In addition to all that's been said, mix up some sav-a-chick or electrolyte water and use a dropper to give it to her if she doesn't drink.

I just had a similar incident with one of my newer girls, although not as severe. They can pull through!

Its really important to get it clean with something like betadine which acts by killing germs.
That helps knock down the population of microbes on the wound ( and at this point, most of her head is a wound) to lessen the chances of infection.

If you don’t have something like that you can use dish soap.
If your sink sprayer isn’t too forceful you can use this for rinsing.

I’d wrap her snug as a bug in a big bath towel and hold her football style in you arm and rinse her like you’re rinsing a newborns hair.

I had 3 chickens go thru this. It is really scary, but they somehow manage to pull thru. I isolated the hen and then put a poultry wound spray on her daily, and then within a week or two she was as good as ever

It’s okay, even beneficial if the area where her would meets feathers. Get them a bit clean too.

You can dry her gently after and maybe snap some more pictures for us. Then I want you to apply more triple antibiotic ointment.

Have you ever heard of vetericyn spray gel?
It’s amazingly good stuff.
It would be great if you could get some tomorrow.
Some pet store carry it. Feed stores too
It’s available online as well.
