Poor thing. If you notice her keeping her head down or to the side, or walking backwards, that can be a sign of wry neck (also called crook neck, torticolis.) If it persists, you may give her vitamin E 400 IU daily, and some chick vitamins or a 1/4 of a vitamin B complex tablet. Try offering some chopped scrambled egg which can help the vitamin E be utilized. I sure hope she feels better.

If so, I’m sorry, my advice seems really bad to me now. The better wound care folks can help more than me.

Do you know if she was acting different or odd when the other chickens first attacked her? Was she raised with them or recently added? I was just wondering if something may have been wrong which caused them to attack her. Do you have a rooster in with the chickens?

Yes there’s not skin on her neck at all I can even see parts of her jaw bone
