I set 25 eggs on Aug. 26th, 14 silkie and 11 cochin bantams. I had to three early birds yesterday they were all Buff Columbian Cochin Bantams. I have 1 silkie egg that has pipped today. This is just my second hatch so far, the first time I set 16 eggs and only 4 hatched but these have all been shipped eggs. Wish everyone luck.

Got home from work tonight while mama was in fast motion taking her evening dust bath was able to snap this picture...and could spy the lil chicky breathing through the hole and pecking away.

My blue laced red wyandottes made it into lockdown as well as two of my welsummer eggs. The Welsummers are due tonight

and the BLRW are due tomorrow

I now have two chicks out. It took almost an hour for the second one to completely hatch. The shell was stuck over its head and it was desperately peeping so loud. It eventually figured it out. I have about 5 more pips and another one zipping. Live cam is still on. Its only day 20

Can't wait too see what tomorrow brings.

Good luck to everyone else who is in lockdown. The suspense is killing me
