I have two this morning. I am tickled pink!!!!

Awesome, Deb!

I recandled the BBS Rocks. I cannot figure them out, but they all seem to be alive and I'll leave them in and see if the odd-looking, underdeveloped ones hatch. So, looks like 61 eggs will be in Intense Bator Watch mode by Saturday night. I can't believe I have this many viable eggs still out of all those shipped.

I love that plush carpet, Kathy! The reddish ones are all NHs, right? I'm going to decide which breeds hatch in which bator and was going to divide them up so the buff Orps are in a separate bator than the NHs, but I doubt any of the BOs will be redheads like that! My NH chicks I had from the hatchery a couple years ago were just yellow chicks and orange adults, LOL.

I will have your BRs separate from the few of William's BRs and will band them as they go in the brooder so I can keep track of the two lines. I want the larger share of the chicks in the newer model Hova since it's taller and I can see into the corners easier than on the older square one.

I have separated them by which I want to hatch where, with 39 in the taller Hova and 22 in the other one. Tonight, will remove the turner in Bator #2 and place on their sides--the ones I moved to the other bator are already positioned and ready to up the humidity toniight. I still can't believe there are 61 eggs left, but I'm very pleased! There was movement in the BBS Rocks that appeared underdeveloped so I left them in.

Bator #1:

5 Barred Rocks
10 Buff Orpingtons
7 Easter Eggers and/or Ameraucanas
9 Porcelain and Mille Fleur D'Anvers
4 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes
3 Silver Laced Wyandottes
1 Olive Egger

Bator #2:

10 Barred Rocks
4 New Hampshires
8 Blue/Black/Splash Rocks
