NOOO!!!! But thanks to you I keep checking!!!!!

Yes, we set the same time-ish. Mine were about 9pm Sunday evening. I know I have a few duds, as they were just liquid last I candled, but I also know some are still going (were going).

I've got a few errands to run. Chickie starter for one, but I'm sooooooo anxious! I'll check again as soon as I get back & believe me, other than my family, you guys will be the firs tot know

Thanks y'all! Sammie really is a GREAT little mommy.

The hatching is finally done...all 7 hatched! Even the one that cooled off yesterday morning...I can't believe it! So the final count is 3 Red, 2 Black and 2 White. What a big happy surprise for me!

Wyo...I can't wait to see your Broody/Baby pics! Any of them make an appearance yet???

NOOOO!!!! But I'm checking a LOT! I was reading it can be 24h from chirping to hatch... grrr....

So impatient am I!!!

It can be 12-36 hours from internal pip (when you can first start to hear chirping) until an external pip through the shell, and then another 24 hours or so until they "zip" around the egg and hatch. It's worth the wait though!
