I sure didn't. Maybe we can merge? I am no expert but gather that any hatch can vary by two or three days either way just like a pregnancy varies.don't know if you saw my post...I started 21 eggs yesterday....5/15...and asked for people to join me!
From experience, the highest you should ever let the temp go in a still air is about 102. I used to use a still air until I found a way to install a computer fan into the incubator. It was pretty easy since I build my own bators. In a still air, try not to let the temp get too high since there are always cold or hot spots w/o a fan. 100 is not too high. Your eggs should be fine!incubator question here. My temp has been between 99 and 101. It's a still air bator. Does having the temp at 100 most of the time hurt the eggs?
I just candled my 3 1/2 day eggs and ALL 12 have veins and a little dark spot!

I candled mine last night. I could see definite veining in about half of my white or tinted eggs. Couldn't tell in the Faverolle and Araucana due to the darkness of the shell. Last time I got 52% hatch. I'm just hoping for something similar this time. That will give me enough for my breeding and for the FFA and 4-H kids. Looks like I will have several silkies and phoenix if they continue to develop.
