let me give you the details of what the chicks and the adults will look like.

chicks at 3 weeks old will have a puffy tail, a noticable beard and muffs and just maybe a little raising of the feathers on its head.

young pullets/cockerals will look like this:

Crest, NOT A TOP HAT but a CREST. large beard and muffs. feet feathered to the middle toe. Partially seperate extra toe. Feathers will be softer and smoother than normal but not actual "silky" feathering. also most, if not all, of the legs will be invisible unless you move some of the feathers away.
