Setting 8/12 any buddies

Just put mine in this morning. 21 days to go...... It does seem like a long time.

so how is everything going with every ones eggs ? my temps are steady thank goodness and the Bator is full so hoping for a good hatch

. I checked a bantam egg today and can see little vines growing

there very tiny though so we will see

i just candled my eggs. they have been in the incubator just shy of 72 hours. i have 11 plymouth rocks, and 11 marans. the marans i can't tell anything. they're too dark. with the PRs, i saw one with faint veining for sure. the others, nothing.

all eggs were shipped.

on we go. i hope i get some chicks. we'll see what happens.

Chickee, how many eggs can you fit into your Brinsea?

24 large fowl, with 6 eggs to a row. I think when I incubated the buff laced bantam Polish eggs I fit 7 to a row.

I'm on day 5 of my broody hen sitting and I tried candling...didn't see anything....should I?
