setting chukar eggs in Brinsea??

I am going to try my hand at hatching some Chukar partridge in my Brinsea Eco 20. I just wanted to ask HOW do I set the chukar eggs in the brinsea? I am getting the eggs shipped to me, so how long should I wait before I set them?

Lastly, after they hatch, I will move the chicks to my old LG bator...what should I set the temp at in there and humidity for the first few hours of life..before going to the brooder??
