I hatched 4 pekins over the weekend, have 4 mixed banties pipped, 1 call in lockdown, 6 rouens in lockdown & a bunch of runners & pekins going into lockdown soon.

Leave it alone. It will dry out & fall off on it's own. Give it a couple hours That's just the rest of he membrane that was around the yolk. Nothing to worry about.
Give the rest at least 24 hours after the last 1 completely hatches & then candle to see if any are still moving.We've got five babies and a sixth zipping now. They are simply adorable, can't wait for them to fluff up a little so we can get some good pictures. Not real happy with my 50% hatch rate, especially since I went into lockdown with 11 out of the 12 I set still thriving. I had some trouble getting my humidity up early in lockdown, and I think those early pippers didn't fair well. I'll leave them for a few days just to make sure I don't get any late hatchers, but I'm thinking what I've got I'd what I'm getting.
2nd looks like a blue to me. Guessing these are Anconas. I just hatched 12 last week & set 8 more eggs from a different bloodline today.
