Tomorrow is lock down!

I am starting to collect eggs for the next hatch, my BLRW pullets are laying. Anyone else ready for another hatch soon?

We have three more pips and the cam is back up! Fluffy, PeeWee, and Allie are due

Finally have an internal pip, but he's not moving what do I do?

Let it go DURR, that first break seems to take alot out of them. Mine always seem to rest for a while after they pip, but once they start to zip....WATCH OUT! It seems to go quick after that

They were dead, day 23. Eggs were beginning to go cold even in the bator. I think when he pipped internally he didn't have the energy to do anything else and suffocated himself. But the other baby died on lockdown it seems. So tiny and frail.


BUT I had 5 more go on lock down last night!! Let's hope to have some babies on friday!

I had to pitch another egg last night, it was a quitter. I'd let it go a few days hoping it was still alive, but compared to my others it was obviously not doing anything. So, I'm down to 6 now. Lockdown on Sunday!!!
