Get your lone chick a feather duster or one of those small beanie baby type animals. They really crave something to cuddle under. I have thought about a mirror in the past too but haven't tried that yet.
I have a serama singleton who is now about 12 weeks old who thrived with her "lovey". She doesn't realize she is a chicken though and thinks of herself as more of a society finch
Other chickens scare her - especially the baby chicks.
