Setting eggs today 5/31/11

Well 2 eggs made it to lockdown. My first one hatched overnight.

. Thr other egg is moving around alot. Yay. Now ill have 15 babies to watch grow (bought 11 EE's the other day) now i have till spring to work on my temp problems.

17 out of 19 hatched here, great hatch rate I think....woot woot!

So cute can't wait to see the others I think my hatch is done. Started with 12 eggs 2 were duds from the start one got blood ring on day 10 and out of the 9 remaining 5 hatched between day 20 and 21. The last 4 aren't doing anything. I am giving them a bit more time but they definitely aren't showing any signs of hatching like the other ones did.

Still very happy if the others don't hatch though I got three shipped eggs to hatch out of 6 and 2 barn mixes and the chicks are huge and healthy
