Setting Eggs Today? I am, hatch with me?

It is 1am here in Illinois and not a thing yet. I have been on watch all day as if these things were made of gold! Hopefully some action soon. What do I do if there is none? How long do I wait? Thursday is day 21!

I hope you see some action today momsflock. Mine are due to hatch Monday or Tuesday I think. I don't know what I'll do if Mother's Day comes and I see my first pip! How will I ever leave for brunch???

This is day 21 for me and nothing yet this morning...but, I feel hopefull. My last two (the only two I've ever done) didn't start hatching till late on day 21. I will be making many trips to the incubator today. Head to the silly thing listening for peeps...

Woke up this morning...ran o the incubator....and ...........NOTHING!!!!!!! Oh please let there be a hatch!

Oh- and I had purchased some chicks a few weeks ago and I think I have a roo! Yikes, cnnot have a roo in a residential area! What do I do with him?

Good Morning And Feliz Cinco de Mayo to every body . I awoke up today and

holly molly I got 8 babies in the bator

cant really tell how many silkies or americaunas caus they all are blue or black are moving all over the bator

LOL And the one that had a pip in the pointy side did not due much so i decieded to take it out opend the shell, por thing he was stuck , got him out and quikly put him back in the bator he looks like he will be ok but had a bit of blood

looks like i have 9 eggs left mostly americaunas 2 with a pip

. i lost track on what day is today but i think is day 22? so i will wait before i open it again this afternoon around noon or 2:00 pm sence that is usually the time i add water for humitity. cant wait to show yuoall the fuzzy butts. I will take out the ones that are dry.

Momsflock, don't get discouraged. If you don't see any pips yet, then why don't you pull a few eggs to candle? Seeing movement in them will reassure you. My last couple of hatches had started late on day 21, I upped my temps by a degree or so this time, so mine hatched a day earlier than before.

Mskitty, I cant wait for pics of the little family.

I have been hand feeding my 3 and 4 week olds bread, and they run to the front of their cage to greet me when I walk in the room and climb all over me to get a treat.

I set my new eggs this morning, 22 BBS Ameraucanas from WM. So here's hoping!

They should be due May 25th. Well I ended up with 11 out of 12 chicks this week, the last one hatched about 10pm last night. Very cute!! I will try to post a pic of the whole lot later.

Thinking I might up the temp a little and take the eggs out of the egg carton. I'd hate to open the bator! Ugh! I think I will leave them
