good night to everyone just got of work and i checket on the rest of the eggs and i dont think they are going to make it, 5 of the americaunas not a pip i candeled them and 3 did not even developed

1 was just started to smell

and the one i cracked a few days back yeah he did not make it

and plus the one i murded

so i have 8 ameraucana chicks well and healthy in the brooder, i still have one little guy in the bator as i type but i think he is not going to make it look at him

the shell just started to crack in the morning when all the little ones where in there but i think he was shirkwraped. half the shell fell but he was still in a sack ok i was tempted, but carefully opened the sack not a lot of blood this time and left him in the bator i just hope he will pull throught

so out of 15 BBS americaunas 9 hatched

that not to bad for shipped eggs?
now for the silkies had 5 SSB shipped slikies eggs and 5 from my flock. 6 of those hatched, 2 from my flock and 4 of the shipped eggs

1 of the shipped eggs died yes i open it and it was half way developed. The other 3 from my flock were not even fertilized

darn i found out this today

and a white kelso game total of chicks are
15 out of 25 + the sick one

So...thanks for the encouragement. I just placed an order for a Brinsea Eco 20 with auto turner.

I have no idea when to expect it, but for $37 shipping I better have it tomorrow!! That's just ridiculous! I'm undecided on what to hatch. It needs to be what I can sell relatively easily. Guinea keets should be easy to move. And maybe a less common chicken? There is a chicken swap on June 17th. Heck, maybe I'll try the LG again too!!

Having trouble keeping my humidity stable. I added another microfiber pad and I keep having to crack the lid to bring it down below 80. (I had put the microfiber pad in a measuring cup full of water and stuck it in the microwave first. That thing was steaming when I laid it in. I wanted as many water possibilities as I could have now that I am truly locking down.
