setting eggs tonight!! anyone else?

I don't have a hygrometer so I have no idea what my humidity was. But I had less than 10 out of 33 that didn't hatch.

I had a hygrometer for the past couple years and had less of a successful hatch rate that when I did not use anything. I have been trying to decide to just not put one in or not.

I had a chick born like you did and before I could decide what to do, it died. I was heart-broken. I had never had one like that before.

Are you going to do it the baking soda & vinegar way? I have had to kill chicks before and I can remember every single chick and every single time. It's all a part of incubating. It doesn't get any easier for me but I justify that it is the best thing for the little one.
