So tomorrow should be your day? Or is it the next day after tomorrow? I'm apparently bad at math... I thought my hatching day was tomorrow

This is so exciting for you guys! We have two small pips but nothing for hours. Day 21 is tomorrow, though. I'm just itching to candle them, but I won't. I won't. I won't.

Only 2 eggs left to hatch... I can see the chicks in both... They have large holes and are just chilling...

That's really weird. I don't know what you should do.

I have a question myself... Once the chicks that have hatched are dry can I take them out or should I wait til all the eggs are finished hatching?

I have 4 eggs left so 14 fuzzy peepers trying to get around in there, and in the brinsea 20 it's quite cramped

I always take mine out whenever they are just about dry. Do it very quickly so the temp can stabilize again.

On another note, I'm freaking the heck out! My husband called me at work saying the incubator was acting crazy. The set temp was 59, incubator temp was 85, and humidity was 88%!!!!!!!! Craaaaaaaap!!! I can't be there to figure it out so I was trying to walk him through it. The top is all digital and the control box had consensation all around it. I told him to take the 6 chicks out, throw a towel in the dryer to get it hot, take the lid off, cover the eggs with the towel to keep them warm, and dry the lid as best as he could. Omg I'm dying! It switched to Celsius too so we had to figure out how to switch it back. He finally got the lid fixed and dry so he put it back over the eggs and it stabilized within 5 minutes. Oh god I hope those chicks didn't die!!! There's like 20 eggs left and several had pips! :( I just got off work so I'm flying home to see my babies and state at the incubator for several hours.
