Well, all 10 eggs that made it to lockdown are resolved. Unfortunately, one died without pipping and one died after pipping. But I have 8 beautiful chicks!! Pictures to arrive soon as they are all dry, out of the hatcher, and into the inside brooder cage.

Well I set 7 eggs and I ended up with 6 chicks, pretty good! One died after pipping, I think it was too big to get out, these were pullet eggs so I have heard that is possible. When I cracked it open it didn't look like it had enough room to move, it was in there pretty tight so I suspect thats what happened. At least I ended up with 6 beautiful babies! Good luck everyone else!

congratulations on the great hatches....mine are due tomorrow the 21st but i already have 27 chicks .....and about half the other eggs are piped....they are all over the bator .....lol
