YAYAYYAY!I put my 15 wheaten ameraucana eggs into lockdown today, 3 days and counting until they hatch!crossing my fingers for lots of chicks and LOTS of pullets!
One of them has started to pip!
Right on time, 21 days! I love to time the hatches so they start popping out on my days off from work. Now if I can just manage to drag myself away from staring at the 'bator....
alright. 6 total hatched. there was a 7th one but it died in the shell before it was able to get out. this was a test hatch and I put in quite a few pullet eggs. here's a couple pics of the little chicks
They sure are adorable peepers!! YAY congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
