They are really the same thing.
Self is when the mouse is 1 color.
I tend to say black self when the mouse doesnt have white feet, tail tip,etc and just black when they have the white faults.

Some breeders do ship, but Ive never tried it, plus it cost alot.

Sample from other mousery website
Airline Ticket: $100 - $300 - depends on the weight of the mice and crate and the final destination.
Shipping Crate: $35
Vet Visit and Health Cert: $58
Gas Prices, tolls, and Such: $30
Plus the cost of the mice

Enjoyed your pics. I used to raise mice. They were just plain ones from the pet shops. I love breeding them but you get over run so fast and no where to take them! I let some go in my barn one time and had the prettest wild mice you ever saw. They cropped out for several years!I really like the satins and the broken colored ones. I may have to start looking for aquariums and get some more!lol

love the new pix, i now have more mice, i bought two PEW's from a petshop and both turned out pregnant so i have more PEW's they had altogether 3 boys and 4 girls, 5 died from one litter as she didn't have a clue and the babies weren't gaining weight for a while so i put them in with the other female and they turned out okay, maybe a little small but still seem healthy
