It actually looks like you can get suture kits on Amazon. If bone is exposed I would say Mylied is right. Closing it but loosly would be better.

Oh boy, looks like I need to go read your thread! Thanks for the link.I love stockinette. You can use it to hold a bandage on the wound but cut a slit in the other side to slip her wing through.

That is a thread I started when I had a a hen with an injury. There are pictures that show stockinette and how I used it on her.
When you do suture, freshen up the edges so the skin will grow together. Sorry if I'm saying something you know.I did not cut and bone, just skin. I need to read up on wing anatomy and try to figure out what two bone are poking out then see if it makes sense to cut them below the skin edges or remove them.
