Great, that should really tell. I think you do have a drake. That sure looks like a white neck ring starting. Your first picture also looks like you might have dark green feathers starting to come through on the head. Also, girls seem to go through their voice changes earlier than boys. So still not quacking at six weeks is more likely a male.
