Yes you will get single barred males and black hens all carrying recessive lavender. The barring gene is dominant so if you do not see it then they do not carry it. Look at my avatar that is a lavender barred/cuckoo EE or project Ameraucana.

There's nothing here that would make a sex link. Red sex links are gold based roosters over silver based hens. Black sex links are non-barred roosters over barred hens.
