Hello,
We bought these at TSC, labeled as Americanas, but we are guessing Easter Eggers. We got them as straight runs, and are trying to figure out if they are ALL roosters. There's 4.

The first one is the only one with a pea comb:

The first pic is a pullet and for sure an EE. The rest are cockerels. EEs ‘typically’ will have a beard and green or slate colored legs. The first pic has those but the others don’t. Just because they don’t have those features it doesn’t mean they aren’t EEs.

Sorry, I missed the obvious clue. The cockerels don’t have pea combs so at this point I don’t believe they are EEs either. I’m not good at breeds unless I have raised them myself. They do look similar to Welsummers though. I have a 9 week old cockerel now. I’ll take a pic in the morning and post it for comparison.

Thanks that would be great! Should we wait until maturity to see which one(s) have a good temperament before selling/culling? We have a total of 10 chickens (with what looks like at least 3 roosters) should we only keep 1?
