Sexing a Silkie Cross

I have a two week old silkie araucana cross and am wondering how and when I'll know if "she" is a rooster or hen. Any advice?

I don't have a recent picture of her. But are there any signs I should be looking out for as she grows? I know two weeks is very early to see anything.
