I Was wondering if thr color thing is true and if so how do I tell? What do you think my 2 week old ee would be?

You have to wait for more feathers and then more comb. Cockerels will often (but not always) grow brick red feathers over the wing bows. Pullets often have a distinctly female pattern on their feathers... but this isn't always true. The most assured way is to wait until 8 weeks or more for the comb to tell you what you have.
