No seriously.. there were only 4 chicks in that dog crate??!!!?? I thought there were like half a dozen... guess I was hypnotized by those markings... optical illusion and all!

Yeah, it's all Dawn's fault!

Dawn, there were 7 chicks. The other three are Columbian rocks.

I won't be at all surprised if these little barred chicks all turn out to be cockerels. A little disgusted, but not surprised.

Time will tell the awful truth!
