Kind of young (3 weeks?), but I would say cockerel. That's a lot of thick white barring, and I see wattles coming in.

Here's the most updated picture in set on miss Rizzo being mr. Rizzo the rooster!

But I am trying again to get a barred rock female... Hopefully I chose well this time... Any options?

Yeah Im bummed!! He is going to a new home on a large farm next week so that's good!! I do love this guy though... So I'll miss him!! Crossing my fingers that my new barred rock chick is a female... I love this breed!!
