Sexing Barred Rocks

Pics
Need help sexing these babies they are a couple of days old and rural king said they were barred rocks.

Only one has a small dot on the head the others are all black, we are finding it difficult to sex these babies because weve read so many diffrent things. Originally my sister bought all black hoping for females and 1 white dot hoping for a male but now weve read thats not always the case.

Can anyone tell if these are boys or girls or please help us try to figure out how to? Thanks!

All of them

You got black sexlinks, not Barred Rocks. The one with the spot on the head is probably male.

Are you 100% sure? Because I have another thread where I was trying to figure out what breed they were and a couple of other people said that too.

What happened was yesterday my sister bought them from an unlabeled bin at rural king, several of them were black with yellow dots on thier heads but she thought the dots meant they were boys so she only bought 1 with a dot on the head the others are all black. Noone could give us any info on them last night so I called and spoke with a manager today who told me they are barred rocks.

I only raise reds so i have no idea and every black chick i look up online looks about the same lol

I just joined this thread out of curiosity because I raise/sell sexlinks with my three BR hens and 1 BCM roo , but am going to increase my barred rock flock with some hatching eggs at the beginning of Feb. Im hoping the info I've gleaned from this thread will help me sex them early on!

I got some Potchefstroom Koekoek chicks yesterday. They are about two weeks old, and I thought it was too early to sex them. I noticed some of them weren't barred as clearly as others, so I did some research and I found out that barred rocks can be sexed earlier. Wikipedia says that Koekoeks can be sexed at hatch, but doesn't specify how. As they are very similar to barred rocks I'm guessing they can be sexed in the same way. So now I'm curious and want to ask all you sexing experts what you think. Here goes:

3 weeks old, I know it's early to tell, but would appreciate any thoughts.
