Sexing day old standard blue cochins?

I ordered 25 chicks, they are due to arrive next week. 20 are sexed already as hens,hopefully. 5 of my order are straight run, standard blue cochins. I will be splitting my order with a few other people when they arrive. id like to know if there is something i can visually look for in the cochin chicks to increase my chances of picking a hen before i hand the other four out. Also what shade of blue in the day old "blue chicks" will turn out to be the prettiest when adult? Thanks in advance....

From my experience- not sure if this is true for everyone- the blue girls will be a slightly darker blue, which you can see at a few days old. The boys will be a lighter blue. But- if you ordered that many blue cochins- you might be getting a mix of blue, black and splash.
