Sexing Speckled Sussex chicks

hoping for some tips on sexing day old -4 week old speckled Sussex chicks please.

A good way is to look at their combs. A little roo will have some development already. They are starting to grow while the little hens will show basically no development.

May be a bit too early to tell, good advice from above poster. Some boys may have comb development. If you are still unsure when they are about 6 weeks old, post photos and many here on BYC can help you figure it out.

None of those are Speckled Sussex. Could be light & red Sussex maybe, or a mix? I'm not familiar with the colors other than speckled. I can't really see saddle or hackle feathers...

These were another hatch but was wondering if this are distinguishable between pullet or roo ???

Right now I'd say all pullets since all the feathering looks similar, but I'm a little iffy on the darker red and the white with more mottled coloring on wings, just because the unevenness of markings is something of a flag to me.
