6 weeks is still young, but it does look like a pullet.Pullet or Cockerel guesses...
Light Brahma
6 weeks old
Sexed - pullet
Tail does not close but stays out and puffed, tail shorter compared to siblings, still feathering slowly, one of the smallest of four, three distinct rows to the comb, waddles seem consistent with siblings size, comb goes fleshy colored after cool down. Any ideas? Thank you!
Thank you!6 weeks is still young, but it does look like a pullet.

I got this chick as a sexed pullet but I'm almost certain it's a roo. I can't kee any Roos so I would like to rehome sooner rather than later. This is my first Brahma and I was told these are mellow and friendly birds. This is not the case with mine. He/she hates me and is very skiddish. The rest of my flock are Ameraucanas which are not known to be friendly, yet they all love me! So I know it's a not me it's you situation. Ha! Anyways here are lots of pics, this chick is around 11 weeks old give or take - and huge! Many thanks![]()
