Well, I got soooo excited today, thinking Lily gave me her 2nd double yolker. Note this was almost as long as my pointer finger! So I open it, knowing what I'll get, and ONE YOLK! WHAT????

I just read the sex link sticky thread at the top of breeds, genetics & showing. And I didn't see a way to make sex link chicks using a production red hen... sooooo
Is there a way to do it using a Production red hen... what for a roo??? Thanks

Hi, I am new-ish to BYC and wanted to share a picture of my black sexlink. I had twenty of different colors but sadly she was the only survivor of a dog attack. I hope you think she is as beautiful as I do.

It's a 12 week Delaware. I ordered nineteen roosters but I think about three are hens. Crossing my fingers. Chicken math is really getting to me; I have 25 golden sexlinks coming in March. I also hope I can get more black sexlinks and aracaunas. (sp?)
