I was asked to cook egg plant parmigiana so that's what I did. I made a big salad, red bell peppers, avacado, celery, green and black olives, plot grown rocket, local greenhouse grown baby spinach, home made red pesto, chick peas and dressing.How nice. What did you serve up this time?
Last night was an improve presentation night so I dragged the table out and set glass ware, napkins etc. Looked rather cozy in the flat if one discounted the state of the kitchen.

No more guest dinners untill next week now.
