i love how the hens all jump in together!Only just got home and I left to go to the allotments and the nearby village at 2.15pm. It's been a long day but so lovely in the sun away from the city. I fell asleep in my allotment chair for 15 minutes and didn't get eaten by the chickens.
As you can see, the new coop is now in the allotment run. I got it through the fence on my onw last night having missed the train I had planned to get and left with 40 minutes to wait for the next train. I'm quite amused because nobody knows how I managed to do it, except Henry of course who watched the entire performance from his roost.I don't think he'll give my secret away.

Henry has been crowing during the day. He's so quiet usually that it's a lovely surprise when he lets rip.

Have the chickens had a good look at the coop? Or gone in it?
