It is this sort of regulation which fuelled Brexit. Large corps seem to have way too much influence over EU laws now.

I am glad we have EU laws. The farming industry polluted our environment with NOx for too long. Land that used to have herbs and flowers are becoming nettle and blackberry fields. Our government pulled tricks to let the feed industry go on in the old way /as usual. The problems with our flora and insects in nature got worse. Environmental organisations and judges opposed the government. Many farmers, the feed suppliers snd the largest farmers bancair are not pleased with the plans our gov. had to present.

Some farmers behave really aggressive towards people in government and they have been blocking roads / highways and gov. Institutions.
There was one good action too: they blocked the Rock-wool isolation factory (the worst factory who pollutes our air with NOx).

Imo: Its time to change to circular farming!
Behind our garden should be a piece of greenery with herbs and flowers. But the soil is way too rich (too much Nox). And these plants are the redult:

Now I can't help wonder if C. was being paranoid or if the lodger really tried to poison them!

We will never know of that I'm sure.
It could be a bit of manipulative justification on C's part for throwing the lodger out.

I think that too much corporation control is a world wide thing; not just restricted to the EU.

Not just Aussies. I was too when I realised it was not just something we see in television programs. We (fsmily and friend) were flabbergasted seeing lots of English in Canterburry going out in just a little more than a bikini. They really go out and walk on the streets in summer clothings on cold and rainy nights.

Now I finally understand why you make such fascinating detective /crime television in England.

I have tried a few of the social media platforms now. I'm really not a fan. I have enough trouble with BYC.
Some of my family are very active and I've come under some pressure with the but it's so easy to get in touch with each other in case...
We managed, or not before. Or not, looks pretty good at the volume I've seen.
If something major happens it gets to ones door soon enough.

I have yet to understand this type of clothing.

I don't understand the need to hold your pants by the waist when walking as all you have to do is use a belt and pull the pants up so the belt works.

I don't need to see their arses.
