For reference, me too. My Kindle is fine for novels, but anything with illustrations, graphs, diagrams... rather have real print.I still like a real book.
Me too! But unless it's a really really important book I still get it as an ebook because shipping to New Zealand is NUTS. Amazon Australia will ship for free under certain circumstances but often don't have things in stock. Not all books I want are on Amazon, and at that point I'm looking at something like $40 in shipping on top of the dismal exchange rate on the price of the book itself. For reference, me too. real books FTW. i prefer paperback because they generally cost less and take up less space.I agree. I prefer "real" books too. Not any preference between paperback and hardcover

I have thought about it. I may even do something about it.Have you thought about reaching out to her? She might still be local and even if not might still be interested in your experience.
I make you right. I prefer books, hardback if I can get them.I still like a real book. With a topic like this, I feel like having a real book let's you take your time and absorb, without staring at the screen for hours. The hardcover is out of stock, so I have opted for the paperback.
