And I can't help noticing that despite there being a generous roo : hen ratio here, and all parties being keen on continuing their genes, and none of the roos' spurs being treated in any way whatsoever, none of the hens have issues with their feathers. Or bloody combs.

I attribute it to their wholesome homemade diet and free ranging environment of course :p , but I welcome other views because this seems unusual on BYC.

that's a very interesting lecture report, and google translate makes a sufficiently good job of it that even the word-swap missteps are recoverable :D Thanks for linking.
Over the past 8 years I’ve been on this forum , google has improved soooo much. Since a few months I don’t even have to copy and paste it into a seperate site or tool to translate on my Iphone.

Other software like ChatGTP is even better in translating.
It makes life on this forum when things get complicated much easier. And it gives a opportunity to connect with ‘stranger’ people for all native English speakers too. :old:love:lau

I agree, Google has improved a lot. I don't use it for my English, but I do use it for my French. Back in the day it was very unreliable. Still is, to to some extent, but it does help. I do find that Google is terrible at translating English to Greek, especially. Probably because I'm way more picky than I am with French:p
