I tried the not interested option on YT. It was there, not a right-click. And yet, I keep getting suggestions for hot Ukrainian women. Umm, y’all? I’m not the demographic for this. I’ve no idea what started this. I’ve never viewed anything about Ukrainian women, hot, cold, or lukewarm, other than news feeds about surviving through the assaults, but onward they come.

I’ll try the longpress method next time. The provided button seems a joke.

Adblocker. You can turn it off for BYC. I can't stand youtube without one.

I also kept getting suggestions for "Count to 1 Million with Big Fat PufferFish for Kids!" and trash like that.

That’s what makes me crazy - I do have adblockers turned on! These aren’t ads (well really, they are) - they’re listed as suggestions.

The sad thing is that there are legitimate uses for YouTube. My professors share links to information there (especially now that we’re finding government sources taken down ), choir directors post videos of music that we’re learning for performances to review at home, and of course, the vids of cockerels trying to crow and of Brodie’s broodies with their littles.

The rest seems to be degenerating into rants and ridiculously fake mic-drop moments at weddings.

Yah, the ad blocker can't do anything about the suggestions. Keep telling it you're not interested and eventually it will stop.

Btw did I ever tell that Kraai is bi-sexual. She behave like a mating rooster does towards Janice sometimes.

I'm not sure if I want to call that 'bisexual '. It seems to me more of a dominance behavior. We have two hens do this.

Light, who is the most spoiled chicken, mounts Foxy or Meimei every now and then. Light doesn't lay anymore.

Foxy does her wing shuffle to all hens below her, and tidbits to Meimei all the time. Foxy still lays.

If you look for fine print on those ad blocker blockers, there is usually a TINY little link that says 'continue without ads' bwahhahahah they HAVE to put it there, but they try and hide it.
