Give Xmoor a belated happy hen day from me too. And of course a congrats for you too @Perris!Happy Hen Day, Xmoor!
One thing I have learned from my CX pullets is that they sure can dig when dustbathing! Today they digged underneath my fence. They did have a little help from the growing willow this temporary fence is attached to at the moment.
They look so lovely! My Ayam Cemani rooster is more or less accepting of his offspring unless when it comes to food, cause that is only for his favorite ladiesView attachment 4195116

Riddick is a proud papa, his little cottonball children are having a grand time.
Not amusing at all. What I find amusing is the ability of experts to predict long range weather trends when they can't accurately predict 48 hours.
My generation could have been the one to turn it around. But there was too much money to be made for some people. Cries fell ears deafened by the cha-ching!!! of the cash registers. They knew things will/would get extremer with the increase of average temperatures caused by burning so much fossil fuels.
One local weather team in Grand Rapids, MI, is very good. And very good at explaining some of the esoteric parts, and making it interesting, to boot.BTw the weather forecaster are amazingly accurate these days. And can even focus on a small area where things are (possibly) going to happen.
They are, but not drastically where I am.Are stream levels dropping any?
Well, we can agree that we disagree. No amusing at all.
Experts who look at climate change are often not the same experts as the weather forecasters. And they have been predicting the general catastrophes ‘we’ are going through these days rather well.
