A race of aliens known as the Silvanous are trying to take over planet Earth, and only a small group of teenagers can stop it. Become one of those teens, and stop the alien invasion with a force to be reckoned with - animals.
Plot:
The Silvanous were once our allies, but they have been enslaved by a more powerful unknown force. No one can be trusted, except for a small group of Silvanous, who devised a method of shifting from form to form. They gave it to us, right before they were destroyed. But there were a few glitches that they couldn't fix before they were killed. Now, the Shifters live away from people, in a small, secluded village in the mountains. The Shifters have driven off these aliens times before, but the Silvanous- and their overlords- are planning something huge...

I own the RP; what I say goes
No drama or temper tantrums in OOC. You have no idea how annoying that is.
If I see that a charrie is being unrealistic, or I feel that they are particularly bland, I have the right to point it out
No major plot twists without my permission; PM me if you have suggestions.
One blow per post; our charries aren't ninjas and should take injuries where applicable.
Part of the fun in this RP is the alien plot, and how tough they are going to be to defeat. Please don't have your charrie completely pwn them in battle. Not only is this very unrealistic, it's no fun for anybody except yourself.
Your charrie must be a teenager or even a preteen. Kids can't go to war with aliens, and adults want to make peace with a race that wants to take over the planet and enslave us all.
No magic or superpowers- in other words, our charries are normal. They just have alien tech in them that allows them to shapeshift.
If you are shifted, or morphed, you CAN'T directly shift into another animal; you must become human again first. It's just too easy if we can directly shift.
If you are in a morph for longer than 20 posts, you will be stuck in that morph forever.
And most importantly, HAVE FUN
We are going to start with three morphs per charrie. You can get more by touching another animal and absorbing the creature's DNA. All you have to say is "Bob touched the cat and absorbed its DNA, allowing him to shift into a cat" or something along the lines of that. Be creative. Also, I will allow you to shift into one mythological creature. Let's keep dragons and such small; we don't need Godzilla sized monsters. And let's not run around collecting the DNA of 50 different animals an hour. K? K.
You cannot talk while you are shifted; you can only speak telepathically. Telepathic messages are in "italics and quotations"; thoughts do not have quotations and are merely italicized

Warriors: Fights in battle (Three available; then you must work your way up from apprenticeship)
Healers: Doesn't generally fight and uses their morphs for getting into places that are hard to reach (One available; then you must work your way up from apprenticeship)
Apprentices: New to the Shifters forces and are learning from a healer or warrior about battle strategies and such (Unlimited, but must have a supervisor)
After two weeks real time of being an apprentice, you may progress to being a warrior or healer
