Jim bob and young rp
Quote:he is a young jake, i hope he fills out like his daddy as I plan on breeding him next year, er letting him breed the hens that is.
Quote:Awesome pic! What kind of a turkey is the big one in the background? And how old is he? My RP looks just like yours, and I'm wondering how long it will be before he's full sized. (He's 4 mos old now.)
Here's a pic of my RP on the front porch.
Here's a good head shot of my RP and my Blue Slate (Not sure of the BS whether he's a tom or hen yet, but I'm sure the RP is male)
he is a two year old mottled turkey here is a pic of the hen Izzy
Quote:Just beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
ok one more of jim bob LOL ( cause he is soo handsome)
This is one of my Rio Grande jakes.
I just sold him last week. A guy offered me 50$ for him. He went to live on a game ranch
I am hoping to go this weekend and get a pair of royal palms
Here's a new pic. They're just over 4 months old now. The tom was displaying really nicely yesterday but I didn't take a picture 'cause I forgot my new phone (Droid3) can take pictures. He wasn't displaying nearly as nicely today but I couldn't resist snapping a new pic of them. I just looked back at the earlier pic I posted and I can't believe how much they've grown in just 1 month!
