Well, we got our first round of ice... everything is closed. This afternoon we are supposed to get a second round and then change to snow tomorrow. They're calling for 1/2 inch accumulation of ice and wind gusts up to 35 MPH... doesn't sound like a good combo. I'd rather have 2 feet of snow than this ice.

Morning everyone! Sorry about your silkie Nat. I had that happen to one of mine before, she was fine, then just found her in the coop in the morning, nothing wrong with her.

Hope everyone makes out ok with this storm, we have about 6 or 7 inches out there now, still snowing, they are saying locally higher amounts in Orange County. Thats us, so we will see what we end up with. The roads are really bad though. Praying we dont lose power!
