well, my eggs got here today. I am a bit disappointed though....seller said they were mailed Monday, postage says Tuesday(I prefer honesty, I can accept things happen but why lie?). The second thing I am disappointed in is the fact no extras were sent. I know I purchased a certain amount but have never NOT gotten extras. I ordered 6 of one color/type and 2 look like they were pretty dirty and cleaned off, I have NEVER had any that have been cleaned make it to the end, I would prefer the dirt

. I spent $90 total on 2 dozen banty eggs and am really hoping I get a good hatch. I am not getting a good vibe off this batch

On another note I forgot to get pics of the d'Anvers

. I had an awesome hatch from Okiehen, lots of b/b/s andalusian and golden lakenvelder and still waiting on a few orloffs, I pulled to candle since today is day 23 and they are still moving

the ones from Okiehen were set 2 days after these and finished hatching last night so I don't know what is up with these.....

awww, spent the day setting up for the poultry show tomorrow, cages set, tags set, cup in and now we are ready to coop in some birds! I'm working on signage and I honestly don't have many chicks left to sell, busy selling the last few days. sucks I have to pay to set up for the few I have left, but it will be fun to meet other BYCers that will be at the show.
