Yah what's up with that??? Is the frontline the better choice? Front line plus? Dog or cat? How much?

Frontline spray, not the spot on stuff, kills em dead fast. I transfer it to a dropper bottle, 1 drop in crest, under each wing, and near the vent. A couple of mine were really bad and got 2 or 3 drops in areas. Get right down to the skin though, feathers won't cut it. You can also spray it on their legs to get rid of scaly leg mites.

J can you post a link to where you get it?? and how often do you do it? I use invermectin pour on with a dropper but Id like the spray as Im good at spray items not droppers

I made them last year for the grandbabies and for my dad. They went over very well. My 8 year old was not happy I did not make her one last year. A blanket mommy made is also on her Christmas list this year, lol.

I have started my plan of attack for Black Friday. Some good deals out there.

We got it at a vet in our area. It was $30 but much cheaper than buying it online, most of those places are like $50. It is a 500ml bottle (whatever that turns out to me in ounces) It will last a looooooong time the way J does it. He puts it into an empty rewetting drop bottle for contacts and uses it that way. If you can't find it around you Nat, we can get one and send it to ya.

I got it from a local vet, had to call a half dozen till I found one that carried it. Here's the link to jeffers though http://www.jefferspet.com/frontline-spray/p/0028814/
Don't spray it though Nat, ya gotta get it down to the skin. About every 3 or 4 weeks depending on how bad the mites are is what I do.

I think you will be happy with it. I don't know how fast the other stuff works, but the Frontline works in a day or less. It's like you set off a bomb on the nasty buggers.
