Yes there are bantam Marans. They eggs are not as dark as LF Marans. Also, none of the Marans are recognized here in the states. I'm pretty sure.

And that's why I was worried about getting rid of them, lol. I pm'd him and am trying to get some black bearded polish. I don't really want the bantam wyandottes either. I've got enough to work with in silkies, polish, and d'uccles to keep me busy, and they are my favorites out of all the bantam lines.

I love my large blrw, they are awesome. I'm hatching everything from her because I only have 1 pullet and I'm trying to build up a couple good birds in there. Problem is, alot of the BLRW auctions on here are splash to splash matings and most of them are really washed out.
