it is a cow tail but cut into circular pieces and MUCH bigger

Thats is a huge accomplishment-dang straight Im proud of you!!!

Nope, I'd be in my new and improved wardrobe! We'll see! Need to move my butt on the treadmill but I haven't gotten there yet! And John ate tons this week with the stress of work and the snow and it makes it hard!

No he won't do it because he likes his pasta and bread. But . . . . he was supposed to cut waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy back with me! If you could've seen his pasta bowl tonight . . .

OH I ve been through the cutting back to help me crap! I want to quit smoking DH is holding on for dear life--if it doesnt kill him.. I will LOL we need to quit Then Ill be doing atkins about 6 months later to get ris of all the caramel cream fattness!!!
