Shaving smell SO strong

You could "air it out" in the sun, may cut down the smell. Where/what kind did you get?

I bought it at Rural King and it's Callaway Farms Triple Select brand. Nice soft stuff but boy was it strong.

Save the dust for an area where they dust bathe, they like new fragrant soil sometimes! I use everything for my birds comfort, even dried flaky rose peddles from my rose garden. Yes people this is what happens to a man who retires from government ugliness, and finds God, and a sense of real purpose as a chicken daddy!

What does bok bok brrroooook mean?

If I'm hearing it in my head correctly, that's also known as "singing". It's just chickens chatting with each other. My RIR does it CONSTANTLY but she's also a very happy girl.
